The Vollands

I have known this amazing family now for quite some time! In fact, Daemon and my daughter Kassy are the same age! When they came to me this year for updated family images, I was super excited!! I can't get over how much the boys have grown!! They're no longer little boys but growing into handsome and smart young men! We had a blast doing our images at Calgary's Confederation Park!  We did a mixture of different looks and feels and even through some Christmas in there!  Thank you so much for the amazing session guys!!!  It was a pleasure, as always!

Re-Structuring

Hey there guys!! As you may have noticed, a lot has been changing with Photography By Courtney Borgford! It's both fun and exciting!  I have decided to take on a more specialized approach in regards to families and newborns.  That said, you will notice that not only will I no longer be offering some types of photography and sessions, but my prices structure will also be changing a bit.  I will outline the changes below for you.

Effective Immediately:

Photography By Courtney Borgford will no longer be offering wedding or boudoir photography.  

Pricing will now INCLUDE GST.  The following sessions and price structure will now be offered.  

Full Session (Including prenatal, family, couple's, and engagement sessions)

-1 Hour session, 25 full resolution digital images in color and black and white  $195

2 Hour Session (ideal for extended families)

-2 hour session, 45 full resolution digital images in color and black and white  $320

Newborn Session

-3 Hour session, 25 full resolution digital images in color and black and white  $275

CakeSmash Session

-1-2 hour session, 40-45 full resolution digital images, cake, clean and messy images  $275

The Big ONE!

Meet Jamie and Drew and their amazing mom Christy!  I had the pleasure of meeting them a couple weeks ago when we did their family pictures and also images for the boys's birthday! They are turning the big ONE this month!  How exciting is that!  We went to the beautiful Confederation Park in Calgary, AB to capture the bond between brothers and mom's and her boys.  We had so much fun!! Not to mention that the boys are absolutely ADORABLE!

Everlasting Love

There really is something magical and special about meeting the love of your life!  There's a connection between the two of you that no one may understand, but you guys do!  It's being able to talk without talking, comfort each other with just a look, and knowing that no matter what happens, you always have someone on your side!  I had the pleasure of capturing just this in Canmore, AB this month when we did Hilda and Brandon's engagement images! And what's even more exciting, will be able to capture it even more when these two love birds say I do in just a couple of weeks! I love being able to see the love in your eyes as you guys laughed and loved together! I am so incredibly excited for you guys and I'm honored to be able to be a part of your special day!  I wish you nothing except the best!!

Little Baby G's Photo Introduction To The World!

As many of you know, prenatal sessions are one of my favorite type's of sessions to do!  They are always so full of excitement, wonder, and love!  There is nothing quite as exciting as expecting a new little one!!  This session wasn't any different!  We had some great idea's, the perfect weather (which is rare! Haha), and of course TONS of laughter and fun!!  We even had the fur baby join us, although may I say she was not too impressed with having to be in the images! Hahaha.  She was just a tad bit camera shy, but we made it work and caught a few awesome images with her in them!   We decided to go to a few locations to add to the variety of images that we would take, and I LOVE how they turned out!  I couldn't be more excited for the two of you to be welcoming in your first little bundle of joy! I can't wait to meet the little peanut!!

PS:  Let me just show a bit of my dork side and say that I LOVE the Star Wars images!!!  The " That's No Moon" shirt is just PERFECT!
